Between COVID & the devastating fires that impacted not only our community – but nationwide…  this has been quite a year.

I think we can all agree that we are happy to say goodbye to 2020 and welcome in 2021 with great hope & expectations.  With that – I feel that it is important to acknowledge the positive things that 2020 did bring – a togetherness of family and a community;  especially Winter Park, CO & Grand County.

I am continuously amazed at the community in which I live and work.  From friends, family & clients, local residents & businesses to the fire & rescue organizations… our community came together as one. (Please see my post from November 2020)

I have such pride when I list a property and especially when I welcome a new family to their new home in Grand County, CO.  This is a special place that welcomes everyone with open arms.
